Writing
In writing we write an alternative ending the story of the Tin forest writing by Helen Ward.
We worked hard to improve our skills of past tense and use of conjunctions.
Reading
Our focus in reading last term was retrieval and inference.
We worked really hard to get better at using our knowledge of what we have to read to inform our ideas and opinions on the questions we were answering.
Science
In Science we have been learning about Humans and animals including humans
One of our challenges was to explore the similarities and difference between what humans need and what animals need to stay alive
We are really proud of our art as we were able to develop our understanding of shape and pattern. We are also really proud of our diary entry as we loved learning about Rosa Parks. Our favourite area of learning was our Christmas play as we were able to perform to our families.
