School is a place where children should be given every opportunity to express their creativity and learn through making.
As part of our end of year celebrations, we held a week of creative activities for our very own Art Week.
Years 1 to 6 created some amazing 3D clay pieces including some beautiful clay pinch pots and an impressive wire-framed structure!
Meanwhile, pupils from Early Years made land art inspired by British artist Andy Goldsworthy. It’s great to see the pieces dotted around our school site!
Finally, pupils in year 5 and 6 took part in a Guitar and Percussion roadshow. We’ve got some really talented pupils at The Manor!
We’d like to thank Mrs O’kane for helping organise the week of events. The hard work and enthusiasm of our excellent staff make The Manor a fun and exciting place to learn!
