We all know that getting regular exercise helps children concentrate and do well at school.
We work hard to keep our pupils active every day in our classes, but we also believe it’s really important that we encourage every child to keep active outside of school.
A great way of getting a daily dose of healthy exercise is to start taking an active journey to school! That’s why we were so happy to open our new bike and scooter shelter last week.
Although the weather hasn’t been ideal for it’s first week of service, we’ve already seen plenty of children using the new facility.
Without regular exercise, children can often find it hard to concentrate, and learn in class. We would like to encourage every parent to help their children safely make an active journey to school, whether that’s on foot, on a scooter, or on a bike.
